A.Vertical Doughmixer & Dough titling Machine

1.Biscuit production line may be combined freely according to the condition of customers workshop space and requirement of biscuit technology. These all can reach the ideal purpose. The line use electric components and its speeds are changed by frequency conversion. They save energy and are dependable, May be controlled by single or combining.

2.ELECTRIC BISCUIT BAKING OVEN Technical specification: Heated internally by electric heaters. The oven identified by technology council,specialists consistently cognizance that it has reached the international level and supplies an internal gap . The oven is grouped into heat control zones.the top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset.the measured temperature and preset temperature will be displayed in digital form. *High-quality thermal insulating material is used to get good insulation and efficient fuel usage.

3.VERTICAL DOUGH MIXER This machine is suitable to mix all types of biscuit dough especially fit to dough needed premix or relax mix. Matching a number of detachable tubs,continuously dough mixing will be achieved. It is very advantageous for dough fermentation.

2、Oil system
The Oil electric system include Electromagnetism valve、immersion heater、Gas hammer、Water pump、Raw Material position control。
Change the relay control to PLC control.

3、Local Control Box
PLC, Metage meter, Temperature meter, Bypass valve switch, water pump and oil pump work display light、Auto/Urgent Stop、hand/Auto and so on。
